The Golf Chastain tournament is a cherished event that honors the memory of Ray Mock, a man who loved golf, history, and the Chastain Park Conservancy. Ray Mock was one of the founding members of the Chastain Park Conservancy. Each year, the tournament selects a nominee who embodies these values. This year, Christopher Collier has been chosen for this esteemed recognition.
As a board member for 6 years, Chris, along with Georgia Power's support, made a significant impact on the Chastain Park Conservancy. Georgia Power played a crucial role in the recent path widening project and relocated all the lights in the area.
